Site development and earthwork for an industrial park in the Kalaeloa area of Kapolei, in West Oʻahu's growing industrial corridor.
Working for WEBCO Hawaii, MIRA carried out grading and site work to prepare the industrial park for development, moving material and shaping the site for the work that followed.
