The Challenges
Being that the Ala Moana ground parking lot where work needed to be done was below sea level, a lot of water would have to be pushed out. Changes and additions to the plans from the owner’s of Ala Moana delayed the completion of the job. Work needed to be done during the night being that the mall is open during the day, challenges we faced were having access to some of the material needed.
